In Part one of this Bible Reading we have IDENTIFIED who is Babylon, and when it will rise, and who the players will be in the NEW WORLD ORDINANCE. IF YOU HAVE NOT READ PART ONE, I strongly suggest you go and read it before taking up the task of reading the second part. This part examines the ABOMINATION OF DESOLATION which JESUS SPOKE OF and when to expect Jesus to return according to HIS WORDS and the WORDS of the Scriptures.
People scream all day long: NO ONE KNOWS THE TIME MESSIAH/JESUS IS COMING BACK!........ BUT, it is plainly written in the scriptures OUT OF HIS MOUTH, when he is coming back... AFTER ONE EVENT HAPPENS; then you will be able to EXPECT HIM COMING IN THE CLOUDS... Lets examine this SIMPLE THING:
Matthew 24:1-15
And Jesus went out, and departed from the temple: and his disciples came to him for to shew him the buildings of the temple.
2 And Jesus said unto them, See ye not all these things? verily I say unto you, There shall not be left here one stone upon another, that shall not be thrown down.
3 And as he sat upon the mount of Olives, the disciples came unto him privately, saying, Tell us, when shall these things be? and what shall be the sign of thy coming, and of the end of the world?
4 And Jesus answered and said unto them, Take heed that no man deceive you.
5 For many shall come in my name, saying, I am Christ; and shall deceive many.
6 And ye shall hear of wars and rumours of wars: see that ye be not troubled: for all these things must come to pass, but the end is not yet.
7 For nation shall rise against nation, and kingdom against kingdom: and there shall be famines, and pestilences, and earthquakes, in divers places.
8 All these are the beginning of sorrows.
9 Then shall they deliver you up to be afflicted, and shall kill you: and ye shall be hated of all nations for my name's sake.
10 And then shall many be offended, and shall betray one another, and shall hate one another.
11 And many false prophets shall rise, and shall deceive many.
12 And because iniquity shall abound, the love of many shall wax cold.
13 But he that shall endure unto the end, the same shall be saved.
14 And this gospel of the kingdom shall be preached in all the world for a witness unto all nations; and then shall the end come.
15 When ye therefore shall see the abomination of desolation, spoken of by Daniel the prophet, stand in the holy place, (whoso readeth, let him understand:)
Pay close attention to verse 15…… do you know who the abomination of desolation is??? Who is this man?
If you have any sense or knowledge, you will see that the HOLY PLACE is the City of JERUSALEM. That is quite simple…. But what is not so simple to people is getting that understanding of who is the ABOMINATION OF DESOLATION! I don’t expect any old testament scholars who do not read the New Testament to know this; and I don’t expect any new testament Christians who don’t read the Old Testament to know this at all BECAUSE YOU CANNOT read one book or the other and get the whole story lest you have them both together; The LAW (the old testament) and the TESTIMONY (the new testament) Isaiah 8:20, Aint no truth(light) in you.
What is the abomination of desolation?
So lets go into the Old book and look at a simple thing, the abomination of desolation.
Daniel 7:1-8, 15-22 … After reading and examining these scriptures you will see this is the Gentile nations which make up Babylon. ( I actually have a good read for you to prove this matter, I will refer you to this read in the of this lesson)
Revelation 20:4-6 … when you read this you can see this is just testifying of the happenings to come that was spoken of above in Daniel 7:1-8, 15-22; In other words this is the 1st Ressurection… we getting deep now. Revelation 20:4-6 and Daniel 7:1-8, 15-22 is talking about the rise of the beast(government/Babylon) and how it will run the world or beat the saints up(people who keep the laws of the Most High) until the ancient of days(messiah) arrives and raises up the dead(1st ressurection) who kept all laws and then they will destroy the beast and Christ will sit again on the Throne of David and rule 1,000 years before the FATHER arrives with NEW JERUSALEM.
Lets go to Daniel 8:1-12, 15-17, 20-23… This is just explaining who the Babylon dynasty is through its beginning and how it evolved to be what it is. In other words it is a historical breakdown of al the rulers of Babylon and who is who. (I will refer you to an in depth breakdown of this in the end of this lesson)
Revelation 6:1-8… Is metahphorically just telling us about famine and RELIGION that has taken hold of the lands/nations of the world towards the rule of Babylon at its rising.. in other words the Great tribulation period (3.5 years).
Now lets examine Daniel 11:31-37.. Immediately in verse 31 we see the ABOMINATION OF DESOLATION that Jesus/Messiah spoke of in Matthew 24:15. Now look carefully at all the characteristics of this abomination of desolation which they have PLACED in the Sanctuary(the HOLY PLACE/Jerusalem). Check all the ways of this abomination, this abomination has the ways of a certain man in the world, he is very powerful and the king(head of the beast) even does what he wills, he even says he is greater than any god and every god, and he speaks blasphemous things against the God of gods(the Most High), he is evil and he DOES NOT DESIRE WOMEN.. think hard and simple about who this guy is. He right in your face on the news every now and again, and he HOLDS a POSITION in a CITY which rules the Worlds Religions. Think about this and if you have any SENSE or KNOWLEDGE of anything in the world of RELIGION, you will slap yourself that you did not even think of this guy.
Lets dig a bit more….
2Thessalonains 2:1-4… The son of PERDITION(destruction). This man has the same characteristics just as mentioned above in Daniel 11:31-37. He is sitting in the TEMPLE of God(in Jerusalem/the holy city/the holy place), showing that he is greater than God(the Most High), putting himself ABOVE ALL that is called God(the gods of world religions and THE MOST HIGH of the bible).. This guy is something else. Blasphemous and powerful enough to say he is GOD of ALL. Wow!!! Come on now are you thinking now? Can you identify this guy now? Just by the actions of this man in the world who actually thinks this. Every person who has held this POSITION thinks just like this man mentioned in these scriptures.
We know that this man is a RELIGIOUS LEADER who has power to make himself seem to be godly or as a god or even call himself god. I said this would be a short lesson and a short look into identifying when we should expect Messiah to return. He said after the Abomination of Desolation SITS IN THE HOLY PLACE(Jerusalem). Now after reading these scriptures and you cannot identify this guy you need to do some more reading and use more of your good ole brain the Most High gave you.

Lets see a custom of this religion: Daniel 7:23-25.. so this man has CHANGED TIMES AND LAWS! MEANING THAT the MEN who held this POSITION has changed the TIMES OF THE MOST HIGH! Example is the Roman Catholic Church under rule of Consintine the great, changed the SABBATH DAY from the 7th day which we know as Saturday, to the 1st day which we know as Sunday! The Roman Catholic Church also changed the NEW YEAR from the 14 day in the month of ABIB which is know as APRIL to the Roman Gregorian Calendar’s New Year which is January 1st!! The Roman Catholic Church also changed religions by adding pagan celebrations such as Christmas/the winter solstice, Hallows ween, and Easter/Isther/the celebration of the temple prostitutes… there are many many more things that was changed, and many other times which were changed and tampered with, but these are more obvious examples.
Lets’ see another gross custom of this religion:

This know also, that in the last days perilous times shall come.

4 Traitors, heady, highminded, lovers of pleasures more than lovers of God;
5 Having a form of godliness, but denying the power thereof: from such turn away.
6 For of this sort are they which creep into houses, and lead captive silly women laden with sins, led away with divers lusts,
7 Ever learning, and never able to come to the knowledge of the truth.
(what religion thinks it is high and mighty and has a leader which is high and mighty, and the leaders do not marry or get married, and have many issues when it comes to vile affections like child molestation?)
Let’s see who gives this leader his power: Daniel 8: 24-25.. wow, witch craft/black magic will happen but how? Read Revelation 13:1-7, 11-18… this is who is gonna give this man in this position ALL POWER to do this witch craft and magic people will see as being acts of a god.
Let’s see a physical location of the city this religious leader (the abomination of desolation/the son of perdition) rules from: Revelation 17:18, Revelation 17:10-11, Revelation 17:9… examine Revelation 17:9 very closely.. GOOGLE what city was built on 7 mountains; you may just have your answer to who this abomination of desolation is and where this abomination/son of perdition is located.
Now that you have a very good and solid idea of who this guy is… lets see how long will he be in the Holy Place before Messiah/Jesus comes back.
Revelation 17:12.. one hour with the beast is 3.5 years
Revelation 13:1-5… 42 months is 3.5 years
Revelation 12:14… Israel will be kept protected in the wilderness during the tribulation period for a time (a year), and times (2 years), and half a time (half a year), from the face of the serpent…. 3.5 years
Revelation 11:2-3… 2and the holy city shall they tread under foot forty and two months.(3.5 years)… 3they shall prophesy a thousand two hundred and threescore days, clothed in sackcloth.
Let’s confirm the 3.5 year tribulation period: through the prophecy in the Law:
Daniel 7:25.. a time and times and the dividing of time.. 3.5 years
Daniel 12:7… it shall be for a time, times, and an half; and when he shall have accomplished to scatter the power of the holy people, all these things shall be finished..3.5 years
2Corinthians 13:1 This is the third time I am coming to you. In the mouth of two or three witnesses shall every word be established.
Daniel and John confirm that it will be 3.5 years after the Abomination of Desolation is set up in the Holy Place/Jerusalem and the Tribulation period which is actually 3.5 years is when the Man of Perdition will rule until the Messiah will be seen coming in the clouds.. Not a day sooner or later will this happen. When the Abomination of Desolation takes his place he will run it for 3.5 years then after that time period is finished, you will see Messiah coming in the clouds with his army of angels and saints who made the First(1st) resurrection. It is up to you to use the scriptures and information to figure out who is the abomination of desolation spoken of in Matthew 24:15…. Peace.
